1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

4. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

Stream4KIPTVUSA offers a free trial, a monthly subscription, and an annual subscription, as described on our Pricing page. Key billing terms include:

• Free trials provide limited, short-term access and are intended for evaluation purposes only
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual)
• Prices are listed in USD and may change with reasonable advance notice; current checkout pricing governs at the time of purchase
• Additional device connections or channel packs may be purchased as add-ons for an extra fee
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and current

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Monthly and annual plans do not require a long-term contract beyond the selected billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

Refund eligibility depends on the plan purchased and how much of the billing period has been used. Refer to our Refund Policy for full details. We recommend using the free trial to evaluate the Service before purchasing a paid subscription.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your account credentials or streams to third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decrypt, or circumvent any security measures of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable local, state, or federal law
• Exceed the simultaneous device connection limits of your subscription plan
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Service without authorization
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior toward our support staff or other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy without refund, at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Stream4KIPTVUSA name, logo, website design, and related branding are the property of Stream4KIPTVUSA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. Third-party channel content, trademarks, and broadcast rights remain the property of their respective owners. Stream4KIPTVUSA does not claim ownership of the underlying broadcast content delivered through the Service.

8. Service Availability & Content Disclaimer

Stream4KIPTVUSA works to maintain reliable streaming through load-balanced servers, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% available access to any specific channel at all times. Channel lineups may change without notice due to licensing changes, broadcaster decisions, or technical factors outside our control.

Stream4KIPTVUSA is an IPTV service provider and does not create, own, or host the underlying broadcast content streamed through the Service. Content availability, quality, and legality of use may vary by region, and it is the subscriber's responsibility to verify compliance with local laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stream4KIPTVUSA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account dashboard. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, and 10) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified by Stream4KIPTVUSA, which may include arbitration or the courts of a specified jurisdiction.
